Shipping & Returns
We are pleased to offer standard shipping of €4.15 via DHL for all orders within Germany. Pending credit verification, please allow approx. 2-4 business days for order processing as orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). Within this time your order should arrive.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EU Country orders are shipped via dhl and should arrive within Approx. 4-7 business days. as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number.

Purchasing on Stella Lavinia Online Store is reserved for end consumers. Our prices are inclusive of VAT/Tax. For each order Stella Lavinia Online-Store will issue an automated invoice. The document will be sent as an order confirmation invoice / email.

Please do not ship an order back without contacting us. We'll get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process.
The product must be in original shape and fully intact for a refund to be processed, so please do package your return with care. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, please consider getting a tracking number for that return shipment.
Return shipping costs must be incurred by the customer. However, if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, we will pay the return shipping costs and process a full refund. If this happens please contact us immediately so arrangements can be made.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorize a return if more than 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order.
